Hydraulic Vibro-Compaction
Simultaneous top pressure and table vibration compacts the mix to a uniform density right through the unit — not just at the surface.

Multi-Mould Interchange
Moulds swap out to change product size and shape, so one press covers several product families without a second machine.

Hardened Mould Steel
Mould boxes and tamper heads are built from hardened steel to hold dimensional tolerance across long production runs.

Three-Phase Power Pack
A dedicated hydraulic power pack drives the press cycle, with grade-68 hydraulic oil and filtration on the return line.

Pan Mixer Integration
The pan mixer is matched to the press cycle time so the machine is never waiting on mix, and the mix is never sitting.

Pallet Conveyor & Green Handling
Green units leave the press on a steel pallet and travel out on conveyor, so they are never lifted by hand while wet.

Colour Face Layer Option
A separate colour mixer drum lays a pigmented face on pavers, giving colour where it is seen without pigmenting the full section.

Operator Control Panel
Cycle, vibration time and press dwell are set at the panel, so output quality does not depend on operator feel.

Foundation and shed layout drawings are issued ahead of dispatch so erection is planned before the machine arrives.
