Solid & Hollow Concrete Block Making Machine

A concrete block does the same job as a brick with a fraction of the coursing. One 400 × 200 × 200 mm block covers roughly the wall area of eight standard bricks, which is why blockwork goes up so much faster and uses so much less mortar.

Buildwell presses both solid and hollow blocks. Solid blocks carry more load and suit boundary and load-bearing walls. Hollow blocks are lighter to handle, use less material per unit of wall, and the voids can be reinforced or filled where the design calls for it.

Block production runs on the 3-in-1 multipurpose series — the BW-119, BW-119/A, BW-4-14 and BW-6-15 — because the same press that makes your bricks makes your blocks with a mould change. That matters commercially: you can follow demand between products without a second machine.
