How much land do I need for a Buildwell plant?
It depends on the model. The BW-118 and BW-212 work on roughly 2,000 sq.m., the BW-117 on about 3,500 sq.m., the BW-119 on about 5,000 sq.m., and the BW-130 and BW-4-14 need around two acres. Each machine page lists the shed size and land requirement from Buildwell's own specification.
Do you supply civil drawings and layout plans?
Yes. Foundation, shed and plant layout drawings are issued in advance of dispatch, so your civil work is finished and correct before the machine arrives on site.
Is operator training included?
Yes. Your team is trained on operation, mould change, cycle setting and routine maintenance — at our Bhuj works and again at your site during commissioning.
Can one machine make bricks, blocks and pavers?
Yes — that is what the 3-in-1 multipurpose series is for. The BW-119, BW-119/A, BW-4-14 and BW-6-15 all press bricks, solid and hollow blocks and interlocking pavers from the same line, changed over by swapping the mould.
Do you export outside India?
Yes. Buildwell supplies overseas markets as well as customers across India. Select “Export – Country” in the enquiry form and our export desk will respond.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Region-wise distributors hold fast-moving spares so support is close to your installation, and our own service team at Bhuj remains reachable directly for the life of the machine.
How is payment structured?
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order and depend on the machine and delivery location. Please speak with our sales team for current terms.
