Fly Ash Brick Making Machine Manufacturer

Fly ash brick is the product most Buildwell customers start with, and for good reason: the raw material is a by-product, the press does the work, and the finished unit is straighter and stronger than the kiln-fired brick it replaces.

A fly ash brick is made by compacting fly ash, sand or stone dust, and cement under hydraulic pressure — no firing, no kiln, no coal. What comes out is dimensionally accurate enough to lay with thin joints, which is where the real saving shows up: less mortar, less plaster, faster coursing.

Buildwell's brick presses run from the 10,000-a-shift BW-117 up to the BW-130, which presses 12 bricks a stroke and stacks the pallets automatically. Every machine in the range takes the standard 230 × 110 × 75 mm and 190 × 90 × 90 mm sizes, and moulds can be cut for the size your market buys.
