Who We Are
Sahjanand Flyash Bricks Plant Pvt. Ltd. manufactures the Buildwell range of brick, block and paver making machines from its works in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.
The company was founded on flyash technology — on the idea that the ash left over from coal combustion is not waste but a walling material, if you have a press good enough to compact it properly. That conviction shaped the machines: high-pressure hydraulic vibro-compaction, hardened moulds, and pallet handling that never asks a worker to lift a wet unit.
Today the Buildwell range covers eleven models across three series, from a single semi-automatic press through to a two-acre fully automatic plant with automatic pallet stacking. The company is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified and supplies both domestic and export markets.
Buildwell sits within a small group of companies alongside Sahjanand Generators n Machines, Nilkanth Block.
